Amélie DE MONTCHALIN is the Minister of Public Sector Transformation and the Civil Service in the French government since July 2020. As such, she leads the efforts of the French government in the digital transformation of public administrations. She recently presented the French public sector’s open source strategy. Previously, she was Secretary of State for European Affairs. She was elected as a member of the National Assembly in 2017, and was the whip in the finance committee until she became a member of the government of President Emmanuel Macron.
